60th Resident Moves into New Home at Peach Grove Villas
Today, Peach Grove Villas welcomed our 60th resident. Ms. Nancy Todd is the proud owner of a new Bramante. We welcome her to the community.
60 homes is a major milestone as it now means that we are 60% occupied. Over 84% of our new homes are either under contract or occupied at this point and we expect to be over 75% occupied and have 100% of the homes under contract by the end of the year.
