Looking for a hot place in the current Real Estate Market: Try Peach Grove Villas!
This past weekend the Northeast Columbia Epcon Community wrote it’s 90th contract in three years. In fact, in three years, Peach Grove Villas is now 75% occupied.
“Things have been so strong in 2011 we have had to add extra buildings to our 2011 construction schedule,” said Daniel Elmaleh, General Manager of Epcon Columbia. “We have not seen any let up in demand for our homes. In fact, just when we thought we were done for the year we had to schedule the start of another building.”
That building start will give Peach Grove Villas only one more building to start to be complete. And only 10 more homes to sell.
