Peach Grove Villas, an Epcon Community was selected as the best overall winner in the 2010 Columbia Tour of Homes.

The Canterbury plan won the award and one best overall award is given to one home in each price category. The same model is available at cross-town Lexington Villas.
In addition, the Columbia-based Epcon Communities won other awards: Outstanding Feature - Courtyard and Outstanding Feature - Sunroom!
