Peach Grove Villas, a Columbia-area Epcon Community finished second in the country in closings in 2010 out of 150 Epcon Communities nationally. The 25 new home closings at the local maintenance-free ranch condo community were the most by any community in the Southern United States.
"This result shows that our attractive product and great location are perfect for the buyer who is ready to give up exterior maintenance and lawn care for our relaxed lifestyle," said Daniel Elmaleh of Epcon Columbia.
Lexington Villas also finished in the top 20 in their first full year as part of Epcon Columbia. "Introducing the new floor plans at Lexington Villas really got sales moving there and we expect great things in 2011," Elmaleh said.
This is not the only accolade won by the local Epcon Communities this year. The Canterbury floor plan recently won "Best Overall" at the 2010 Tour of Homes!
